Beautiful products, part of my coping strategy

Ok I might be slightly biased here but I had to spread the news about Coconut Blush! I have used Coconut Blush products in our gift sets at work for about two years now and we LOVE them!

One of the reasons I started this blog is to raise more awareness of debilitating vestibular conditions and also mental health. On my blog I have spoken extensively and very honestly about my vestibular condition and also the anxiety I have experienced. So its important that I also share how I cope with my conditions. I just recently published blog posts about anxiety and mindfulness too and what I do to help.

A big part of my coping strategy are the products I use. I LOVE my essential oil collection and bath products and boy do I have a lot of them! But each and every one of them I use, be it for dry skin, aches and pains, inflammation, headaches, dizziness etc! I think I have an essential oil for pretty much anything! Thanks to Dr Axe and his videos and Facebook posts about them!

So as well as using Coconut Blush products for my gift hampers at work, I use them personally too! When we get a big order from Coconut Blush the beautiful smell of all the different products fills our office and we love opening up the storage cupboard when we need products for our gifts. We get a mixture of products, from natural soaps, bath bombs to bubble bath, lip balm and hand balms.

I find that their soaps are so lovely on the skin, you can tell they are natural and although the smell of their products are so beautiful, they are not over powering. They also serve a purpose too, they clean the skin so well, not like some soaps I have used before that leave your skin dry after a bath and also have a slimy feel to them, which leave a horrible film on your skin. I used their products as part of my mindfulness as the smell helps me to relax, especially the lavender and geranium, truly divine!

Coconut Blush products are so natural and everything is free from SLS and Parabens. Their products are great for dry and eczema prone skin and all other types too. My daughter has eczema on her lower leg and also suffers from Keratosis Pilaris, their soaps have really helped clear her skin conditions up and soothe them when she has a flare up. In fact since using the natural soaps her Keratosis Pilaris has pretty much disappeared off the tops of her legs and back of her upper arms.

Products for DRY SKIN, ECZEMA & PSORIASIS

They have recently launched a beautiful product which is a Petal and Posy soap, its gorgeous! Even the paper they use around the soap is 100% recycled paper from the post consumer waste from schools and offices in the UK and contains flecks of golden coloured straw. These new soaps have such a beautiful smell and come in Mandarin, Lime and Basil, Lavender and Geranium and Neroli and Basil, we are using them as part of our Mothers Day gift sets at work and we will start to use them in our pamper hampers for Birthdays, Thank You, Get Well Soon and other occasions.

I had the pleasure in testing one when I had a bath at home and it was gorgeous. I tested the Mandarin, Lime and Basil, it was so lovely on my skin and left my skin so soft and clean, you certainly tell there are no harsh ingredients!

Here are the ingredients of the Mandarin, Lime and Basil Posy Soap and you can also find it here to purchase directly from their

Ingredients: sodium olivate (olive oil), sodium cocoate (coconut oil), sodium palmate (sustainable palm oil), argania spinosa (argan oil), theobroma cacao (cocoa butter), citrus nobilis (mandarin essential oil), citrus aurantifolia (lime essential oil), ocimum basillicum (basil essesntial oil), limonene

I also have recently tested a new soap, which is the Kelp and Rosemary, its so lovely, again very soft and gentle on your skin, but cleaning well at the same time. All the Coconut Blush soaps I have had have been very long lasting too.
